As the Director of Customer Success, Americas at Wazoku, a market leading innovation software company based in London, England, I oversee a multi-national customer success team working everyday with our clients that span the Americas. I have been an industry leader in the innovation space for nearly a decade and a half, working with organizations of all sizes to help build and scale their innovation programs. My passion is Challenge Driven Innovation, which involves tapping into a large crowd leveraging industry leading innovation software platforms like Wazoku to help solve critical business issues for my clients.
I have directed multi-million-dollar portfolios across a variety of industries, helping customers address key challenges with actionable solutions. Throughout my career I have played a foundational role working with Enterprise clients including government entities, energy sector, pharmaceutical companies, banking, non-profits, and host of other industry leaders.
