  • We appreciate the time you have taken to apply with us, so we like to make sure your application is read through in detail.

    With this in mind, please allow us up to 4 working days to review your application before we respond. If it's going to be any longer than this will write to you to let you know.  

  • We want to hire great talent, so we have a few stages in our interview process to make sure that we pick the right talent, and that the right talent picks us.

    For anyone who successfully passes the screening call with our recruitment team, you'll be invited to the next stage with the Hiring Manager. Here's a rough guide as to what that process might look like:

    Stage 1: Call with the recruitment team

    Stage 2: Interview with the hiring manager

    Stage 3: Panel interview with some of our leadership team

    This isn't set in stone. Depending on the role you've applied for it may get shuffled around a little bit, but we hope it gives you a bit of an idea as to what you can expect.
