As the Chief Operating Officer at Wazoku, I lead the global operations of a company that empowers organisations to change the world one idea at a time. With over 10 years of experience in sales, operations, and management, I have a proven track record of creating and implementing processes that optimise efficiency and scalability, while delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
I relocated from California to London to open an office, develop, hire, and train a sales development team, and carry a sales quota, demonstrating my drive, tenacity, and resilience. I have a strong aptitude for learning, teaching, and challenging the status quo, as well as a passion for health and fitness, which led me to obtain a Schwinn Cycling Instructor certification. My mission is to help Wazoku grow and thrive, and to inspire and support others to achieve their goals.

- 1) SALES - SAAS experience since 2008, B2C/B2B and enterprise sales. Sales experience (pipeline management/lead gen/CRM/onboarding/ deal qualification/customer problem solving/relationship building/optimisation/experimentation/data management including sales dashboards/account mgmt/marketing to inactive leads), systems and process thinking, new market entry and country mgmt experience, hiring and training, managing and developing new sales teams, hitting targets using KPIs to optimise sales, sales operations, sales messaging, value proposition design.
- 2) OPERATIONS - Company operations and general management. Facilities management. Business operations, systems, processes and automation, IT function, Legal/governance. OKRs and targets and business reporting.
- 3) PEOPLE - Hiring and developing people across all business teams. Cross functional working.
