As an Account Manager I am responsible for managing client relationships, commercial contracts, executing account plans and supporting new business opportunities. In addition, supporting our enterprise clients to scale out their innovation programs to identifying new use cases. While collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure we deliver a solution tailored to our customers' needs while driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
I have been with Wazoku for 5 years and progressed through various roles, gaining valuable experience and expertise in lead generation, client acquisition, retention and customer relationship management.
Relevant Skills and Experience:
Sales: Strong sales experience, starting at Wazoku as a Business Development Representative and transitioning into the Account Management team as an Account Manager. Starting as a BDR, I gained valuable experience in generating sales opportunities and highly qualified leads, connecting with prospects to identify their needs and pain points, and highlighting the benefits of utilizing collective intelligence both within and outside the organization to deliver high-impact value. Transitioning into an Account Manager role, I acquired strong sales and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to identify and close opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management: As an Account Manager I have experience in building and maintaining strong and trusting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within my accounts to act as their advocate and trusted advisor.
Account Growth and Retention: Experience in creating and implementing account plans to drive expansion, revenue growth, and retention within my assigned accounts. As an Account Manager, I am also responsible for renewals and contract negotiations, as well as identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding my customers' evolving business needs and challenges.
